Pricing Policy

1. Overview

AviCommerce Technologies offers customised pricing based on the nature, scope, complexity, timeline, resources, and technical requirements of each project or service.

Before work begins, applicable pricing, deliverables, payment terms, and estimated timelines will be communicated through a quotation, proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), service agreement, or invoice.

2. Pricing Structure

Depending on the service, we may offer:

• Fixed-price project pricing
• Hourly or time-based pricing
• Milestone-based pricing
• Monthly retainers
• Dedicated resource pricing
• Support and maintenance packages
• Custom enterprise pricing

Prices may vary based on project complexity, required expertise, integrations, third-party systems, delivery timelines, and changes to the agreed scope.

3. Quotations

Quotations are based on the information and requirements provided by the client. Unless otherwise stated, a quotation remains valid for the period mentioned in the quotation or proposal.

Any requirement not included in the original scope may require a revised quotation, additional charges, or an updated delivery timeline.

4. Payment Schedule

The payment schedule will be specified in the applicable quotation, proposal, agreement, or invoice.

Depending on the engagement, payment may be required:

• In advance
• In agreed project milestones
• On an hourly or weekly basis
• Monthly for retainers, maintenance, or dedicated resources
• Upon completion of agreed deliverables

Certain services may be offered for a fixed subscription or service period, generally ranging from one month to one year. The applicable duration and renewal terms will be communicated before purchase.

5. Taxes and Additional Costs

All prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party expenses—including software licences, extensions, plugins, cloud services, hosting, domains, payment gateway charges, external APIs, themes, travel, and other vendor costs—are not included unless specifically mentioned in the proposal.

6. Scope Changes

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be treated as change requests. We will communicate any additional cost and timeline impact before starting such work.

Work on a change request will begin only after receiving the client’s written approval.

7. Price Matching

AviCommerce Technologies aims to provide fair and competitive pricing. We may review a written quotation from a comparable service provider when it covers substantially the same:

• Scope and deliverables
• Technology and implementation approach
• Resource experience
• Project timeline
• Support terms
• Quality and service standards

Price matching is evaluated individually and is not guaranteed. We may decline to match quotations involving promotional discounts, freelance marketplaces, incomplete scopes, substantially different service levels, or unusually low pricing.

8. Rebranding and Resale

Our services, software, code, templates, documents, or other deliverables may not be rebranded, sublicensed, redistributed, or resold unless expressly permitted under a written agreement.

If a client intends to rebrand or resell any deliverable, they must inform AviCommerce Technologies in writing and obtain prior written approval. Additional licensing or commercial terms may apply.

Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables will be governed by the applicable proposal, Statement of Work, licence, or service agreement.

9. Late or Outstanding Payments

Invoices must be paid by the stated due date. AviCommerce Technologies may pause services, withhold deliverables or access, or revise the project schedule where payment remains outstanding.

Any applicable late fee or reactivation charge will be communicated in the relevant agreement or invoice.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, credits, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the terms stated in the applicable proposal, agreement, or Statement of Work.

Payments for completed work, consumed service hours, approved milestones, third-party purchases, and non-cancellable expenses are generally non-refundable.

11. Pricing Changes

AviCommerce Technologies reserves the right to revise its service rates and pricing structure at any time. Pricing changes will not affect an existing confirmed engagement unless the scope changes, the service is renewed, or both parties agree otherwise in writing.
